Charles Ross
I’m a U.S. Army Chaplain of 18+ years, a husband of 23 years, a father to five children, and a foster parent to one child who passed away from a drug overdose. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families in a wide range of ages. I have a wide variety of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and more. I view the client as the true “expert” in their own life and I see myself as a guide and mentor along the way. What is important to me is to be authentic and genuine in the therapy process.
I like traveling with my wife all over the United States and visiting key countries like Ireland and Scotland, I also play the ukulele. One thing about me is I love to cook just about anything on my smoker.
At this time, I am accepting new clients exclusively via telehealth.
My educational background is:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's College
Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College
Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling
Master of Theology from Liberty Theological Seminary
Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies from Capital Seminary
Currently pursuing Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University
