Danielle Fitch

I am deeply passionate about helping clients who are seeking answers to life’s big questions by guiding my clients on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I take an existential approach in my therapy, I draw on philosophy to help my clients develop profound self-awareness, discover what brings them fulfillment, and discern their life’s purpose.

Our work together will be collaborative, centered on deepening your sense of self, exploring the impact of life experiences, uncovering underlying beliefs, and opening the door for new ways of thinking while strengthening your resilience in navigating life’s challenges.

My commitment to each client is for you to feel heard and seen, I believe in being authentic in the room with my clients, being curious about who you are and how you think, and ultimately equipping you with the tools to explore your own depths and growth.

In my free time I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with my husband and friends

My educational background is:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Santa Clara University
