Danielle Fitch
I work with clients who are seeking deeper understanding about themselves, their relationships, and the meaning they want to create in life. My approach is grounded in curiosity and authenticity. I believe meaningful change starts with honest exploration, so I show up in the room as myself: real, present, and engaged in the process with you.
I draw on an existential-humanistic approach, which simply means I help clients explore what gives their lives meaning, how to understand themselves more deeply, and connect with what truly matters to them.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences and beliefs with compassion and openness. Through this process, you can gain a deeper understanding of who you are and what truly matters to you, helping you live more authentically and with intention.
My hope is that therapy offers a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow into a more connected and authentic version of yourself.
In my free time I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with my husband and friends
