I specialize in working with teens and young adults, particularly those navigating depression, anxiety, and the challenges of growing up in complex family systems. With a background in youth work and foster care, I bring a unique perspective in understanding how different family dynamics and early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and the world.

I have a deep passion for supporting individuals as they work through shame, unravel childhood trauma, and begin to understand the "why" behind their emotions and responses. My approach is rooted in shame-informed therapy, helping clients connect with and heal their inner child, while learning new ways of thinking, responding, and growing into the best version of themselves.

In my spare time I love going on walks, working out, and spending time with my family.
