Rebecca George

I am passionate about getting to know my client, actively listening to their story, and helping them through a collaborative relationship. Having immigrated to the US with my husband 20 years ago, and raising three sons, I understand cultural differences and nuances. I am keenly interested in improving communication and strengthening relationships within the family, especially between parents and children. I believe that the client is the expert on their life story and desire to provide a non-judgmental, safe space to help process their thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family whether it is just chatting about everyday things, baking cookies or shopping (yes thankfully one of my boys likes shopping!). I also love going out for coffee with a friend and sharing life.

My educational background is:

• Master's degree in economics.

• Currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University
