The Confidence Project

Where teen girls learn to ditch body shame and build unshakable self-worth.

Does your daughter struggle with how she sees herself?

She’s not alone, and she doesn’t have to go through it alone, either.

In a world of constant filters, comparison, and pressure to be perfect, so many teen girls quietly battle negative body image and low self-esteem.

The Confidence Project is an 8-week therapy group designed to help high school girls reclaim their confidence, challenge self-criticism, and develop a healthier relationship with their body, and themselves.

This group offers a safe, welcoming space to:

  • Break free from toxic beauty standards

  • Learn tools to reduce comparison and quiet the inner critic

  • Build body neutrality and self-compassion

  • Connect with others who “get it” and are working toward the same goals

About the group

Girls entering 10th through 12th grade who are ready to:

  • Stop picking themselves apart

  • Find a more peaceful mindset

  • Make friendships that support growth, not judgment

Each session is led by experienced therapists who truly understand teen girls.

No previous therapy experience is needed: just a willingness to show up and explore what confidence can look like from the inside out.
